The deal
One monthly fee, everything above

At every level: if something breaks, we’re already on it — before you’ve finished the email. That’s not an update. That’s the Keep.

How it runs

01 The build
Week 1We learn your business. Design begins.
Week 2First look. Your notes, our revisions.
Week 3Build. Real pages, real content.
Week 4Final pass. Launch.

The clock starts when we have your content — words, photos, logo. We’ll tell you exactly what we need on day one.

02 The keeping

Every month: 4 update credits, handled by the people who built the site. One credit is one change we can complete in a sitting — a menu swap, new photos, edited copy, or a new page while your plan has room for it. Bigger work just uses more credits: a page redesign might take two, and we’ll tell you before we start. Even a full site redesign fits inside your plan — it spends the whole month’s credits, runs 4–6 weeks, and you can call for one once every twelve months. No extra cost at any size. Never a surprise invoice.

03 The site

Yours at twelve months. Stay past a year, and if you ever leave, it leaves with you — files, content, everything, documented and intact. Leaving earlier? Buy it out for the remaining balance and it’s yours either way. We build custom for people who stay; that’s what keeps the fee this low. Loyalty by choice runs both directions.

FAQ
Do unused credits roll over? No — the fee covers the keeping, not a bank of tasks. Most months, most clients use one or two. The quota exists so you never hesitate to ask. And a bigger job can use more than one credit — we'll always say so before we start.
Do I own my domain? Always. From day one, in your name, in your account. No exceptions, no hostages.
What if my site goes down? We’re already moving — at every tier. Outages and security issues sit outside your credit count.
What don’t you do? Email hosting and IT support. We’ll point you to the right people — and keep your website exactly where it should be.
When are you working? Monday to Friday, Central time. “Business days” means those.
How does annual billing work? You pay the year in one payment up front — $3,000 for The Block, $5,400 for The Range — which is how the monthly rate drops. It renews once a year, and we tell you at least thirty days before any price change. The plan runs the full term; if we ever end the arrangement ourselves, we refund the months you haven't used.
Can I make changes myself? Yes — every site ships with a simple editor for your copy and photos. Use it whenever you like; your 4 credits are for everything you'd rather hand to us.
