Stray Dog® is an independent brand and digital studio based in Austin, Texas. These terms cover your use of this website and, at a high level, how our client engagements work. Individual projects are governed by a signed statement of work, which prevails over anything written here.
The site and its contents — text, design, imagery, and code — are ours or our clients', and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or reuse them without written permission. Don't probe, scrape, or disrupt the site or the client portal.
Client logins are provisioned per project and per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been compromised.
Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points, not offers. Every engagement is quoted in writing with a fixed scope, timeline, and price before work begins.
Unless a statement of work says otherwise: on full payment, final deliverables are assigned to the client; we retain ownership of our working files, tooling, and pre-existing materials, and a licence to show the work in our portfolio once it is public.
The site is provided as-is. We work carefully, but we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes belong to the courts of Travis County, Texas.
